1989 Buick Electra

My father left his Buick sitting in his driveway for about 9
years. As Personal Representative of his estate, I need to decide
what to do with it. I have yet to take it to a mechanic. I
live 800 miles away from it, but my brothers have access to the
car. It is in Detroit, Michigan. All four tires are
flat. There is no obvious body damage. I believe the model
is an 1989 Buick Electra. I am open to offers and
suggestions. Should I take it to a mechanic? I sincerely
doubt that giving it to charity will benefit anyone.
