So I pulled my Buick out of the garage a week ago and thanks to our fun wintery mix up here in Buffalo NY it got snowed on the other day. My girlfriend used the car and attempted to use the windshield wipers but they got stuck and now the passanger side one will not seat itself properly below the windshield when I turn them off. I am not sure if the arm simply needs to be pulled off and readjusted or if the mechanism was damaged. Does anyone know what to do in this situation?
