1989 2 door sedan power window switches

I am trying to locate the power window switch for the drivers side door for a Buick Lesabre 1989 limited 2 door sedan.This switch controls both driver and passenger windows. I have been unable to find this 2 button switch. I have attached a picture to show which switch I am trying to locate. I have only been able to find a 4 button switch at this time.

I believe they discontinued that switch, more and likely ebay may have one. Google search the number on the switch and see if anything comes up. Good Luck!!
