I have a 1995 Riviera, Vin K. I have had the antilock brake/traction control light on for quite a while now. I recently noticed that the driver's side cooling fan was not working and after checking for voltage at the connector and the relay block, I remembered a TSB about this combination of problems. I no longer have access to the TSB data and need a little help here. Any help is greatly appreciated.
