94 Regal Custom break light prob

Hi everyone I have a 94 Regal Custom with some brake light issues. The rear brake lights are not working but the top center brake light still works. I have replaced the brake switch and replaced the bulbs with no effect. Anyone have any other ideas I should try? Thnx for any help.
