Default 2001 Buick Regal air flow stuck

Just a heads up. A common but easily fixed problem with older buicks is that dash air flow control stops working. This is usually because the vacuum line that runs over the passenger side wheel well that is part of the vent control system becomes abraded and then eventually plugs right under a wire cable near the battery tray. I had this problem and found the solution on repairpal.com. I just cut out the bad section and reconnected the line for a zero cost repair. My guess is that this problem will likely happen to all buicks of this era if they are run long enough (mine has 230k miles).

Good info. Thanks.
It's added to my list.
