Nice! Any plans for mods yet, or still thinking about it?

Once it warms up i might do the LA1 intake and TB swap. May even upgrade the coolant resivior to the tower.

Next on the list is the Coolant tank upgrade to the tower. After trying to clean the one I have from my LA1 project, I gave up. ZZP it is for a new one. I was playing around with the Cold air but gonna just use the parts I have for the factory airbox for now. I also found out the Impala police shocks from 00-05 fit and rear Alero are also the police shocks. If you upgrade to larger wheels then the current impala calipers and rotors fit too. The Regal guys are doing this and the aluminum sub frame from the Impala as well.

Are the rear alero struts a direct bolt on? I think my LR strut leaked out and is starting to hit hard on bumps. I saw the regal guys using a newer impala subframe. There's one sitting on the ground in front of an 08 Impala at the yard here that I've been tempted to buy, but I don't have the resources to swap them

Same here. I usually wait till I am in NJ where I have the DIY shop with lifts. Been debating with the streets getting worse if I want the stiffest suspention or pillow soft. The Dorman sway bar is supposedly the "2011 Impala SS" bar knockoff. GM has a front and rear bar that I wish I knew about sooner. 05 was direct because 06 they had a new body style and engine lineup. I think the rear was bolt up after that but the sway bar no longer connects to it.

Got Regal gauges and tail lights. I also got the ECU try from a Firebird. Regal leather seats have fold down rear seats. Didn't like the condition of the leather tho. Might take a 2nd look at it to determine if I will or won't go for it.
