Buick Factory Trucks
Hi all,
My uncle owns some Buick Factory Trucks and I thought you all might be interested to know about them so that's why I'm posting here. He bought them 5 or 10 years ago at an auction with some other cars. I really don't know anything about them aside from that he told me they were made for use in the factories, and what I could search based on the model number on the VIN plates. Seems to be they were heavily modified roadsters. I've attached pictures of them and also pictures of all the plates I could find. I know the pictures are kind of blurry from the low light but if there's something you want to see specifically let me know and try to take a picture of it specifically.
I would love to hear if anyone has any info about these. Obviously century-old models of obscure manufacture are hard to search up!
About me / how to contact: I don't own a Buick; my project car is a '55 Packard Clipper Deluxe. I'll keep this tab open for a while to respond to any replies but if you are reading this more than a week after it's posted, you should try to get in touch with me by sending a PM on packardinfo.com.
Also, this is not meant as an advertisement but if for some reason you want one of these I'm pretty sure my uncle would part with them so let me know and I'll pass the word along.

I was reading on some of these sites:
https://buickman2.wordpress.com/2014.../buick-trucks/
https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/...rucks.1104318/
Buick Trucks and Commercial Vehicles - PreWarBuick.com
They seem to indicate that Buick stopped making trucks in 1923 with the exception of one built in 1928. I can't find when they started making Model 44's but most of them seem to be c. 1929. I honestly wonder whether my uncle's Model 44 is that one-off truck they made in 1928. (Assuming I even read the plate correctly....) Picture below.
