First I will try to give you the code #s and system involved.
24= VSS intermittent or no signal
27,28,29= Gear switch problem
31=Trans Range switch (park neutral switch)
39= TCC problem
The Vehicle Speed Sensor will give a steady SES light
Before going to replace anything might be a good idea to check all connections at the points listed. Park neutral sw highly suspect.
Make sure you check all the fuses !!

There is a chip in the computer called a MEMCAL. It is removable to go into a new computer if necessary. If there is some type of problem with either a bad connection or the computer you will get a code 41.
Aside from all the codes you have been getting,
I would strongly suggest that you check all the ground connections for the entire system. The ECM usually had a ground connection around the thermostat housing. Might pay to start there.
It's not impossible to have so many codes at once, but when we get that many we start checking ground connections.
If everything checks out OK you may be looking for a replacement ECM.

As long as the C/E lite is illuminated there is a problem.
If you carefully remove the ECM and make sure your body has a ground lead attached , to avoid static electricity, you could remove the Memcal chip and reinstall it to make sure it has good connections. Easy to do. If that doesn't help I would search around for another computer from either a salvage yard or a rebuilt replacement , not that difficult to obtain. Install the chip from the old computer into the replacement and hook it up and see what results you get. If no change and the replacement computer is known to be good then the Memcal unit has a problem . They are specific to each type vehicle and a dealer should be able to help you out.
If the computer from a salvage yard comes from the same year and model vehicle it should have a Memcal unit in it.
