ses problem
#3
I replaced this, than I was about to pay to have a smoke test done and the light went off. I think it's an electrical problem. Electrical tape over the ses will fix this should it re-occurred
Now I need center caps for the rims and the location of the sensor for low washer fluid and it's on to happy motoring

low washer fluid sensor
you would think so hank my man,,, but that is not the case as I compleatly drained the bottle and no sensor. Was a time when it had a float system but I,m not seeing anything. Maybe I better go outside and take one more look. back at ya.

Manufacturers do some strange things and magnetic switches are one of them. Generally when a magnetic float gets close enough to the switch the magnet (affected by the fluid level) closes the switch and the low liquid level light comes on. The switch has to be next to or on the washer reservoir bottle. Most likely under everything where you can't readily spot it. Some systems just slide a plastic blade type switch under the bottle and there is a possibility you won;t have to empty the reservoir.
But as luck would have it you will need to remove the plastic bottle in order to get to the switch assy.Let us know how you make out with it.

I have found a diagram of s/w location and it looks like some "parts" need to be removed for acess. I have removed the resivor but I think it might be at the bottom of the fluid bottle which I can't see,,,,,,,without removing some parts. I havd a 95 riv setting in my yard back in wisconsin,,,,, and a cutting tourch,so now it's just a matter of time and pressure.
