Default 2006 lacrosse no start, no power at fuel pump

I have a 06 Buick lacrosse with the 3.8l. It will currently crank but not start. It has no power to the big gray wire going to the fuel pump. The fuse and relay check good. I have power across the fuse and to one prong on the relay but not to the other prong on the relay that should have power when cranking. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to check from here?

From what I’ve researched it seems like the pcm in the air filter box has to send power to the fuel pump and it appears it’s not doing that. So far I have changed the fuel pump and wiring connectors that plug into it (before I figured out it wasn’t getting power) and put a new crankshaft sensor on it with no change. I’m not sure if I needed to somehow program the crankshaft sensor or not, my scanner doesn’t have that ability.

I can jump power and ground to the fuel pump from a battery and the car will run. I can also jump across the 30 and 87 terminals from the relay in the fuse box and the car will run.

I would appreciate any suggestions on where to go from here or what I am missing. Thanks, Ryan
