VACUUM LINES/PARTS

I have a 96 Regal GS. The vacuum lines coming off the throttle body have deteriorated and the parts are discontinued. Any suggestions on finding the replacment parts? Really all I need are the rubber T and end rubber caps as the lines are metal. Any good used one out their? Thanks.....
