Lock problem - activation while driving
#1
Hi, wonder if someone could give me some hints about this problem..
Have a 98 Century. Occassionally while driving the power door locks
start activating. Sometimes it seems that it may happen after hitting
a bump, other times it seems random. They may actuate once or
continuously 1/2 a dozen times.. I assume a sensor is at fault or else
there is a faulty connection somewhere..
anyone seen this problem before?
thanks

On many vehicles they were built to auto lock on their own when you reach a certain speed. Also try check the battery in your key chain remote transmitter and change it.
