//></>Hello,
I have a 1995 Buick Skylark. The power windows on both sides are giving me problems. The auto-down function still works intermittantly, but once the windows are down they will not return up.
When trying to raise either window, it will move up a few inches and then stop, remaining in that position. After waiting awhile, I can try again and it will move up a few more inches. This procedure must be repeated, until the windows are fully raised.
I have checked to make sure I have power to the window motors, and all the connections are tight and clean. Any possible solutions or trouble shooting tips will be appreciated!
Are there any other connections or relays in this system that need to be checked or cleaned? Possibly a fuse burned out? Has anyone else had this problem on this, or any other models?
Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I do not want to replace the motors if there is some other alternative or solution.
Thanks in advance.
