where is the high low beam switch located and how hard is it to change? re: 1991 Buick Park ave.

 

It is about half way down the steering column on top of it. There is a rod that connects it to the lever when you pull on it. It is kind of hard to change if you''ve never done one. You will probably have to lower the steering column down to be able remove it and then it has to be adjusted to work right since it is slotted.
