I have a 1996 Buick century with the 3.1 engine. There is a problem with the passenger sidde window. It will go down fine with no problem, but when you go to put it up it goes up 2-3 inches at a time and then stops. You then you have to wait about 5 minutes and it will go up another 2-3 inches. Is this a problem with the motor or something else?

I have taken the inside door panel off and everything looks ok. The other question I have is if it is the motor what is the easiest way to replace it? When I looked at the motor and track assembly it is all attached and looks hard to get out. is there an easy way to replace the motor if that is the problem or do I have to remove the motor and track assembly as a whole?
