02 rebesvous the former owner replaced the fuel pump but didn't hook up the emission hoses. Can I access them from inside or do I have to drop the tank again

 

Sometimes , and you maybe already know how much room you have, those lines can be reconnected. If you don't have the room, I believe you may need to lower, not completely drop, the tank. Best time to consider this is with a 1/4 tank or less. A few gals of gasoline can make the tank a lot heavier than we would like.
