Hello everybody. I am new here and already asking questions....I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to remove the ignition switch from my 02 Rendezvous. The ignition is stuck with the keys in it, and I can't turn it all the off to remove the keys and it will not turn all the way on to start it either. Any help would be great.................Thanks

 

you have to remove the top cover from the sterring coulum and heres a hole that you insert a small pick and press down altho i don,t know how you can remove it if the key is stuck cause you have to turn it in order to see the release

 

Cars- if you had steering wheel turned too much one direction or other would affect ignition switch (if I recall right) from operating. Doesn't sound like problem.
