Default 2014 regal GS CODE P129D PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I have a 2014 Buick regal GS I was going to give to my son. The car has been sitting for a little over a year now, prior to parking the car it was driven daily by my niece back and forth to college. She got a new car that was more reliable for school.after the car sitting for a year I went over to start it to move it and the battery was dead. I put a brand new battery in it went through the whole roll down driver window then back up and same with passenger window to “reset” the security when I tried to start the car all it does it turn over i checked to see if was getting spark and it was. Took out the plugs to check for compression amd make sure it wasn’t seized and it has compression and isn’t seized up. I killed the battery trying to start the car. The I noticed smoke coming from the rear right side of the motor if your standing in front of it. I plugged a code reader in and I’m getting code P129D (fuel pump driver issue). Is that the fuel pump in the tank or the high pressure one on the moto? Also any other info would be greatly appreciated. Or anything else it might be or I can try to help eliminate possibilities. Thank you all in advance for any help you can give
