Default fuslowinge keeps blowing

the fuse linked to the tail lights and the instrument panel on our 2000 regal keeps blowing... not immediately but periodically. have not been able to pinpoint the reason as we notice it only after dark. is there a free online wiring diagram posted somewhere or is any one aware of likely problems areas to check. thank you

It also drains the battery over night... there are no lights being left on. anyone run into anything like this?
I had also similar problem but in my car it was mainly due to wrong wiring.
