I have a 1998 Buick Regal, turn on drivers side signal and the green arrow blinks real fast, found front and reat small glass 194 bulbs out, changed all the burned out bulbs, now the drivers side green light stays stuck on solid green, no more fast flashing... made it worse, why is the passenger side signals good in the front and the rear and the drivers side wont work at all, swapped bulbs from passenger side to drivers side and it still the green arrow on the dash stays solid green and the signals do notflash at all.... lost
