Default Newbee intro

hello, new here. Picked up a 1972 Buick Skylark, 4dr, 350 2V, auto for my teenage daughter. had already picked up a '67 Olds Cutlass 4 dr for my younger teenage son to teach him how to work on cars. she saw that, fell in love with it and so I picked up the Skylark will post pics of it soon. My car, and reason for the username...1996 Mustang Cobra that I have been also working on. getting too many projects!!!

Hi, Welcome to the site !
If they only made them today with the room to work and "KISS" keep it simple etc.,
just think they couldn't make em fast enough.
Still driving a 90 Century. Had a few Buicks and their ride is still better than some of the newer ones. Will be waiting for the pix.

Nice pix, car looks great.
Are you really going to let your daughter drive that around town?

yes, that is what she wanted. an old car and she wants to keep the nostalgic look of the car, so there will be no modifications to it other than to convert it to power brakes. fix what it needs and drive.
