I own a 1993 buick regal custom.recently my headlights went out and am trying to figure out whats wrong. I changed all the fuses and the headlight switch. I also reset the ecm with no progress here is what it is doing. i have no headlights at all right now i can only drive in daytime. i have no headlights no dash light no parking lights and no running lights someone told me it could be a body control module and if it is do i have to have it programmed by a dealer.Any help would be grateful.
