I know the feeling
Firstly, what kind of Buick do you own? I have a 94 LeSabre that does the EXACT SAME THING. We've replaced the CP Sensor, only after checking for fuel pressure, (good) Testing electrical connections, (good) and making sure the car was getting air (good there too.)
Cars are broken down to fuel, air, and spark and all three are there, it's just getting the damn computer to recognize thet it's ok to dump the gas into the cylinder. We got mine to run by spraying ether directly into the intake manifold, but it died shortly thereafter. I'd keep looking into your ECU/Computer electricals. We're having a crappy time troubleshooting mine too.
