1963 Lesabre Tachometer and radio delete plate

No answers, not surprised. Those parts appear to be common with other Buick models and GM makes in those years. Refurbished instrumentation should be available from specialized vendors. History of LeSabre, good looking car: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buick_LeSabre.
Pending on level of restoration if any, I might consider the Pontiac hood tachometer and something creative to take the place of the dash tach. Possibly a vac gauge, may be able to fit in as actual gauge replacement with level of technology back in those days. Had both a Pontiac hood tach and Olds console vac gauge in my '69 road runner.
