I purchased this 2007 Lucerne a few weeks ago and the car had a solid clunking sound from the back shocks. After replacing the shocks that sound is gone. Now that things are much quieter I am hearing a much more subtle clunking sound that happens when I am turning the steering wheel. It only is heard at slow speeds like in a parking lot and while turning the wheel. If I am at a stop and I gently move the steering wheel just an inch to the right or left I hear this very subtle clunking that sound that sounds like it is coming from the rear of the car?
Any one have an idea of what this is? The car drives perfectly otherwise and feels like a car should when going down the road.
Thanks, Bruce
