Default 2007 LUCERNE 12v Accessory Outlet Replacement

I have an 07 Lucerne with center console that the accessory power outlet has stop working. How do I remove to replace?

Before beginning replacement, would be a good idea to look in owner's manual and see which fuse protects the power outlet and check that fuse. Let us know what you find.

All fuses are good. That was first thing checked. Based on owner's manual, all power point are on the same fuse. Could there be an in-line fuse?

What needs to be checked and this can be done with a simple test light or multimeter.
Verify power and ground are present at the receptacle.
If both are present ,there is a problem with the plug that is getting inserted into the power point receptacle.
