Default Fuse problem

I need to find which fuse is bad. The light under the hood does not light up. The bulb is good but wondering if a fuse could cause the problem. Also have a couple of lights out on the radio controls. Where do I start looking?

There's two places you can look for burned fuses. One is under the dashboard near the emergency brake. There's panel with a formed handle that's easy to pull off. check there with a connection tester. If there's no problem under the dash, it might be one of the fuses near the passengers-side winshield washer under the hood. Just pop the two twist screws off back near the firewall and remove the plastic covering.

Hope that helped

I will try that. I was hoping to locate the fuse for the light under the hood but will have to just test all the fuses. I fail to mention that it is a 2001 and I think one of the fuse boxes is under the back seat.

Thanks for you input.
