Default Whining noise above 65, Needs help

My 01 Lesabre is making noise as video shows, I rev up it’s not from engine, shifting to neutral and it’s not from transmission, turned off AC and it’s still there. Anyone have any idea of what it is and where it comes from? Greatly appreciated.

It sort of sounds like my dashboard fan does sometimes, until it goes away after a few seconds. Try adjusting fan speed and air outlet settings, see if any difference. Also could be a wind or air pressure noise, hard to tell but you are going fast enough to be possible. Try barely cracking windows, maybe one at a time and see if that affects it. You don't have an old CD in the deck right, that may be trying to auto-play for some reason ? Good luck, that's annoying..
