Default Misfire under load

I have a 95 lesabre misfiring under load, I have am extra coil pack, and I changed them one at a time and no improvement, the wires seem to be pretty new, I was going to change the plugs today and was wondering if any of you could shed some light on the subject. Thanks

I would not rule out a fuel pump. I had a 95 Chevy Van that had a miss under load, and it got progressively worse. I changed plugs and wires and EGR vavle and air filter and fuel filter. Finally, a mechanic friend took a look at it and pinched the fuel supply line with a vise grip, and it didnt change the way it ran, and he recommended I put a fuel pump in it. Problem solved.
