Hi, IM looking for input on if a do it yourselfer can replace the gasket near the throttle body,not the intake manifold. Are there any high dollar tools or trickypoints that could leave me wishing I had a shop do the repair.

Well I will update with the completion of the repair . It was a piece of cake. I took the throttle body and cleaned the corrosion off the face where the leak was ,replaced with a new 5.00 gasket and put back together. The corrrosion on the aluminum had pushed the rubber gasket away from the face of the trottle body causing the leak.
