2000 LeSabre missing

2000 LeSabre missing
LeSabre has started missing when going 30 to 35 mph at 1700 RPM and going uphill. Seems like it misses a cylinder once in awhile. Any help would be appreciated. Could it be a transmission issue instead of in the engine?
