drove with them on on the highway, good weather, got gass. Then went to turn the headlights on, only the hazards went on (everything besides headlights)

When i flickers the brights with the turn signal, brights dont even come on.

I tried disconecting battery but nothing. I dont understand????

I heard it could be a bad ground. Could someone point me in the right direction please. Thanks!
