I am writing on behalf of my Sister who owns a 2003 Buick LeSabre Custom. Right now, she is experiencing a problem with the rear suspension. Her car started riding really ruff a few months agolike it had solid steel wheels or something.


she took it to a local garage and they replaced the pneumatic unit with a used one to no avail. Then they replaced the sensor unit with a new one to no avail. We drove the car on a 500 mile trip yesterday to visit a sick relative and my Sister rode in the back seat the whole way and was very uncomfortable due to the extremely hard ride.


I had a mechanic at a garage in Olympia, Washington try to determine why the suspension was at full "up" load pressure but he couldn't figure it out. The car has already had the two parts listed above replaced.


Has any one else had this same experience and if so, what was done to solve the problem?
