I need to pull it but cannot figure out much after loosing the top hose clamp and removing the ground wire. Does it come up out of the top or pulled through the bottom? Is there something I else I need to remove? I see there is something spinning underneath independent from the rest of the tube, just under the back side of the body panel; it looks like small band or part of the seal.

The other item is the rubber seal flange under the metal part of the tube that seals the tube against the body. How do you get that out?
