Hello. I am a new member with a used/certified 2014 LaCrosse Premium AWD in Frederick, MD. I am looking for a GM dealership/technician with a good reputation to do service on my car. (hopefully within a 75 mile radius) I have read some online reviews of the local dealer service depts. that were less than great. I would really appreciate any recommendations that anyone might offer. Is there an honest program that rates service departments based on customer satisfaction ? I did a search but didn't come up with anything useful. Thanks for any help you can offer.

 

You might look for a place that has ASE certified techs.
