cold air intake

I have recently put a intake on my car. It is away from the major heat of the engine. But think that it isn't getting as cool of air as it could. How can iget more cold air to the intake???

I can try and get them on here. I just took it straight from the throttle body, and placed it just infront of the strut tower and used a 90 to align itwith the drivers side fender.
