The seat belt mechanism for my '99 Park Ave. will not release (it doesn't extend so I can put it on). I'd like to lube the release mechanism but can't find a way to get to it. No screws or obvious access route.


I also would like to adjust the upper seat belt rewinders but don't know how that might be done.


Any help would be appreciated.
