Replacing belts on an ’’85 Century 3.0L

How do you remove the old belts from the engine? Instead of having a single serp. belt there are 4 smaller belts for the alternator, water pump, power steering, and air pump. How do I replace these? Is there an idler wheel or do I just remove the components that the belts are running?(i.e. alternator)
