Default No power to fuse box

Hi Guys. I have a 99 Buick park ave. The car is dead. There is no power to the main under hood fuse box. My test light shows power at the battery and the small maxy fuse box under the hood but nothing to the main box under the hood.

May not of had a good test connection, also cars have or had fusible link wiring. Why those instead of a fuse is beyond me. The intent of a fuse or breaker is to protect the wire(s), not what's connected to them.

I know old post. The 1999 PA did not have any fusiable links.
some where around here I have a power distbution chart. Power goes from thre battery to a connector on the right hand passanger inter fender well.

Any way hope you have gotten it fixed by now.

Family still owns a 2004 PA.
