Default No Power to Starter-after fuse check 2000 LESABRE

Just inherited this 2000 LeSaber Limited with 75K from Dad.
Drove it 4K in the last 3 weeks.

Pulled each fuse to visually inspect since the power dim and mirror are not functioning.

Went to restart the car and no power to starter.

Unhooked battery, let sit for 20 minutes, rehooked, no power to starter.

12.5 Volts
Check engine light is working.
Security appears to be functioning properly.
Starter relay is clicking.
Switched it out with another relay -- no difference.

Any suggestions appreciated.

DOES ANY ONE HAVE A PDF SHOP MANUAL THEY CAN SHARE ON LINE.

Thanks in advance for the assist.

Chuck

Sometimes fuses look good and aren't ! Security systems cause a lot of grief these days. Make sure you have the correct key or the vehicle won't start. That is only one of their problems.

if you are certian the "Start 1 relay" is working, it can only be
1) bad "Start CB 30A fuse" (underhood fuse block)
2) open in purple wire from "Start 1 relay" to starter s terminal
3) bad starter soleniod

never a good idea to yank all fuses, buy a test lamp to check fuses. $10-$15.

Excellent advice , pafman !!
Also, an old favorite--- tap on the starter with a hammer while having the key turned to the start position. Sometimes will dislodge a stuck brush in the starter.
