need help with o2 sensor - 92 skylark

i read the check engine light trouble code on my 3.3 92 skylark, and was given the message : lean exhaust/02 sensor voltage low
this leads me to think i need to replace the o2 sensor?
ANYWAY, I DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS
can anyone help?
