I have a 95 PA ultra. 151,000 miles 1st problem is the horn started to blow on its own several days ago until the fuse blew. now when I replace the fuse the horn blows the instant I touch the fuse to box and the fuse pops and burns out. What can I do? 2nd problem is the car starts to buck and jerk when I accelerate up a hill at 50-60 mph and it stops at top or level stretches. I replaced the plugs, wires, filter, maybe 40,000 ago.
