Default Help with Identifying this part

This part is off of a 1982 Buick LeSabre with 5.0 engine. Can anyone tell me what it is called? I am trying to locate a replacement but not having any luck finding it without a technical part name.

This bracket bolt directly to the intake maninfold and has a line snapped off that has a screw fitting that goes to the carburetor. The hooped end goes into the intake manifold.

This is the piece of vacuum line that snapped off the bracket in the first image.

This is the bracket bolted in the intake manifold.

A more exploded view

And yet even a more exploded view of its location. Note the Distributor at the top of the image for orientation. EGR on the right side of image. That bracket is just left of center in the image. Yes I know there are other problems with other stuff in the image, LOL. One problem at a time LOL

Looks like the heat riser for the choke.
