Cool Front floor pan damage

Somehow my front floor pan was damaged? I think the dealer caught it on the lft but can't prove that? Anyway my insuarance says $3300.00 to repair it. From everything I have been reading the front floor pan on my 2019 Buick Regal Sportback II is NOT servicable due to structural integrity. GM has no part number on the pan but it starting to look like my insurance wants to patch it?

One way this could be done would be to go to a salvage yard and see what they would charge for that section . Very few folks ever need that part and most would go to the crusher.
The right fitting part would have to be installed either inside or underneath and secured and made waterproof.
The figure you show may not be that unreasonable.
