i am wondering if anyone knows what the electra p/a ultras had as far as upgrades. i know they didn't have the s/c 3800 (L67). so what did they have? pw? pl? leather? moon roof? what kind of extras?

You could actually get them with the 3800 s/c from 1992 on. Check out the Motor Week videos on the Park Ave Ultra''''''''s on YouTube:
