Default Cosmetic work on nd '86 Regal Limited
I just bought a 1986 Regal Limited and the previous owner chopped the top because he was going to make it into a convertible. Sadly the guy who worked on it stopped and the top was never finished. does anyone have any suggestions as to what i should do?

Why not try hiring someone that will continue to make that car into convertible? Its already chopped already.
