I would guess that the motor is bad or maybe the blower motor speed control module.

Is this a electronic push button unit, if so I am looking for some help with my 89 electra park avenue, same problem no blower. I have checked my motor and it is good. I do not get any control volatage to my motor. As stated in my post I might be looking at a new control unit or, most vehicles have a resistor pack that controls low/medium/high. I have found a schematic that says I have this resistor pack but does not indicate where it is located. I also can't find my fuel filter either, I do a lot of my own work but this vechile, along with my 93 LeSabre tends to keep secrets. I hope someone can help you out. And if they do let me know what I can look for.
THANX
