Hello, This is in response to the "Hesitation" issues on my '92 3.3 century with sluggish power/hesitation that started at just highway speeds..and now has progressively got worse with no codes and barely drivable @125,000 miles. I changed ICM no help, and the fuel pump as well, with no results, fuel pressure reading @39lbs. book says 25~44. Has anyone changed the cat converter to relieve this problem? If so did this work. Thanks, Mike

Try cleaning the MAF sensor.

I have the same year, but haven't had it long(~2 months). SO I'm not sure if this car has one though, but on my '92 Q45 that was the cause of the problem you described.

Unless this has been done recently, I would replace the spark plug wires.
