Default Roadmaster heating and air

95' roadmaster wagon blows cool air but not cold and warm air but not hot. What could be wrong? Normally it is bone chilling cold and surface of the sun - hot. The climent control unit seems to be working as it always has. A/C stopped working this summer and a check of the heater showed it was weak as well.

Coolant levels are up and the fluid was changed about 3 years ago.

I think there is a sort-circuit somewhere in the fan's circuit , check its fuse or wiring. Also ensure proper level of engine oil is present in the engine. Might be your car overheating because the respective fans are not powering at the correct time.

My guess would be a short circuit.
